Summary
While on his way to school, Navy Blue teenager Max Miller discovers a mysteriously floating top hat. Out of instinct, Max takes it to school with him in his backpack. He later places the top hat on a clump of snow, forming Frosty The Snowman. Once Frosty becomes the talk of the town, magician Professor Hinkle tries to steal Frosty's hat for his own recognition as a famous magician. Max and his friends must now act against him and stop him from taking Frosty's hat.
